Super friendly staff! And good pizzas. They have so many types to chose from, will have to come back to try some more.
The only downside are the prices, 15$ for a small 8" pizza is a bit much imo.
We ordered our pizza at 16h for delivery at 18h. The pizza arrive at 18h50. For the extra time
I thought the pizza would be good but it wasn’t. I’ve had better frozen pizzas. Won’t be ordering from there again. It’s too bad since it’s a Local business only 1 km from where I live. Please do better.
Great pizza, overshadowed by kindness and accommodation that was, truly, a highlight of our trip!
Simon and the rest of the staff were welcoming, considerate, helpful, and kind. The pizza was really good, but I cannot say enough about the impression they made on us.
If we return to Quebec as planned, a visit to Maguire and specifically Pizza Mag will be a must!
The place was super busy so waiting longer than usual was expected. What wasn’t expected was literally watching people get their pizzas 5 minutes after ordering as we sat there for over an hour. Our order was the Mexican pizza 14”, the ingredients were average but so much liquid that left the crust soggy when we got it. Also, not sure if this is normal but they don’t cut the pizza?? Went back to the hotel room with plastic utensils struggling to get slices. The servers weren’t rude or anything, however when the wait will be 15-30 minutes I don’t expect the wait to be 3x longer.
Although the place was very busy when we arrived, certain people who ordered after us got their pizzas in less than 10 minutes, while we had to wait for 75 minutes! Quality wasn’t terrible, but it was an average, overpriced pizza that was too soggy. Wouldn’t recommend to others due to the lack of professionalism.
We waited over 75 min for a pizza ! We ordered it over the phone. As we were waiting there we notices at least one order at the store , which was served before us. It was a very long wait for a very average Pizza and i think some of their google rating is from the friends who jumped the line.
Used to frequent their shop in Saint Roch neighbourhood many years ago. Make a point of taking a long walk from our apartment in old port to Pizza Mag when we visit Quebec. The “Suisse” pizza has taken on legendary status with our family. Fondue on a pizza! Worth the walk.
Great food, but very slow service (at least on the night we visited). Worth going, but not when in a hurry.
